General refurbishment of the 4 bedroom family home and the surrounding grounds.
Phase 1 - general refurbishment and garden design - completed in spring 2021.
Phase 2 - connection and extension planned to commence with new year.
Although only 20 years old, this family home has been in need of a full refurbishment in order to enable accommodation, before further redevelopment can happen.
At ground floor the space was opened up with new open plan kitchen and living space separated by central staircase.
Upstairs bedrooms were enlarged to the eaves and new studio and storage spaces created. Internal windows were added throughout to ensure ample daylight to the central staircase and main bathroom. Apart from refurbished and enlarged wetroom, an en-suite was added to the top floor and downstairs loo at ground floor.
The property was fully rewired, with new base flooring, heating etc.
